Come join us! Crossroads Christian Preschool is hosting Bids for Kids, a Silent Auction Fundraiser on April 18th. We would love for you to join us for an evening of COMEDY, LOCAL TALENT and delicious LOCAL FOOD, as we feature vendors from all over town in one place! Bids for Kids is organized by volunteers from the school's Parent Committee alongside members of the Preschool Board and dedicated staff members. It is projected to be our largest fundraiser. All proceeds supplement Crossroads' educational programs, including our scholarship program which provides families-in-need the quality Christian education that we offer. “Over the weekend of Feb. 6-8, more than 150 bands will descend on Gettysburg to perform live as part of Gettysburg Rocks. The event, which raises money for the Four Diamonds Fund, kicks off on Friday, Feb. 6, with 54 bands performing at eight venues in the Gettysburg area. The live music continues on Saturday at 1 p.m. with 110 live bands at 12 venues in and around Gettysburg. The weekend of live music wraps up on Sunday with 10 live bands at The Pike Restaurant and Lounge beginning at noon. Multiple genres of music will be represented during Gettysburg Rocks including Rock, Country, Blues, Americana, Reggae, Ska, Punk, Metal, Pop, Classic rock and more. Gettysburg Rocks is a fundraising event with proceeds benefiting the Four Diamonds Fund in care of Penn State Mont Alto's THON organization and will help provide support for children and their families facing the battle with pediatric cancer.”
