“With most of the godfathers of grind breaking up, on hiatus or touring with the latest deathcore trend it's the underground that is showing promise and keeping the spirit alive. Hailing from Italy, Jesus Ain't In Poland combines in your face modern grindcore with the ferocity of crust punk and delivers you a full plate of fuck off grindcore. With a sound somewhere in between Afgrund and The Arson Project this 14 minute ep is one blast beat away from being classified ear shattering. Vocalist Sieg sounds something like a bastard child of ex-Leng Tch'e vocalist Boris Cornelissen and ex-Cryptopsy's Mike DiSalvo and is able to deliver screeching highs and brutally low grunting screams, making him perfect for this style of music. Notable tracks include Habemus Napalm and The Monkey Valley, both of which start with vicious vocal intros and lead into instant grind insanity. Overall this album is nothing short of greatness and hopefully we see more releases in the near future.”
