IZZI is an Indie Singer-Songwriter and Recording Artist born and raised in the beautiful and musical state of Tennessee. Memphis is her home town where she was born, raised, educated and worked the majority of her life, and later made Nashville her second home. Her diverse song catalog leans into "American Roots-Rock," "Folk Rock," "Alternative Pop", to her modern signature take on "Rockabilly", notably coined as, "Memphis Pop'n, Rockabilly-Blues". IZZI's fresh and unexpected vibe showcases catchy lyricism and a melodic voice that bridges a delicate sense of vulnerability with emotional and raw songs, like "Forever Lovers", "Foster Love" and "Hey Joe (Where'd Ya Go?)", to more Roots-Rocking and Soulful songs like "Ready and Willing to Fly" (EP Title Track), "What am I supposed to do?", "Two sides to this story" and "I'm gonna love you." Her song where she pokes fun at the woma who made the big mistake of wearing a "Red Dress" out to a dive (and later 'wished her dress were black') is a real audience favorite with a fun-filled "Memphis Pop'n, Rockabilly-Blues" sound. IZZI has co-produced her original material as an Independent Songwriter/Artist/Producer.
