Little Radical Theatrics INC (Fatima Viegas, Exec Producer) proudly presents Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel Directed by Michael J. Mirra Choreographed by Erika Louiz Musically Directed by Heather Edwards Music by Richard Rodgers Book and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II Based on the Play LILIOM by Ferenc Molnar As adapted by Benjamin F. Glazer "YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE..." Little Radical Theatrics brings Rodgers and Hammerstein to the forefront for the first time with its summer offering. Set in a tight-knit fishing community on the New England coastline, CAROUSEL revolves around the love affair between Billy Bigelow, a carefree carnival barker, and trusting Julie Jordan, a worker at the local mill, and the chain of events that unravels that suggests their destiny is predetermined by the hand of fate. This reimagining of Rodgers and Hammerstein's favorite musical, voted the "Best Musical of the 20th Century" by Time Magazine, charts a story of recklessness, regret and redemption, illuminating the immediacy of this beautiful, bountiful and beguiling story; the belief in forgiveness and the power of the human spirit. Q: what happened that made you know that music was a passion for you.

A: I started playing the piano when I was 6 1/2 and gave my first recital 4 months later. I knew by the response and applause in the audience that I was meant to be a musician. I wrote my first song at 11 and that pretty much sealed the deal. I am thankful that I found music (or it found me) and have been able to pursue my passion for the majority of my life!
