Q: What's a better bike a Honda or a Harley?

A: One can not say that. Every motorcyclist has his own idea, which is the right bike for him. I myself have several vehicles. For the city I take the scooter, tours for larger I have a Yamaha TDM. I can cruise comfortably with the Honda CX500, if I want clean I take the chopper from my wife :-) nice to play is the 125erSuzuki. and when I'm grown up, maybe I'll buy a Harley or BMW :-))
