After recording their self titled EP in 2010 with Bart McCorrey at Motaland, Final Blow set out to make their mark on the underground music scene starting with a tour of the southwestern United States that included 5 shows in 2 days during the notable SXSW festival in Austin, TX.
Final Blow has shared the stage with such powerhouses as Ringworm, Iron Cross, Donnybrook, Brawl, & New York hardcore legends including Meraduer & Skarhead. Playing with Skarhead was of course fitting since Puerto Rican Myke dropped a verse on FBs track ‘Live For Revenge’ on their self titled debut.
After a short hiatus during 2013 Final Blow decided it was time to reclaim their title as Denver's Hardcore Heavyweights with the release of their second EP entitled Final Blow 2014, again recorded at Motaland with Bart McCorrey. Final Blow’s current line up consists of original members Jon Alvino on vocals, guitarist Jay Shedlin, bass player Nick Jones & new drummer Mike Tuley.
