The three Flags being flown are from the 10th Anniversary Service, September 11. 2011. The American Flag was flown over the Capitol Building in Washington D.C., the Ohio Flag was flown over the State House in Columbus and the Westerville Flag was flown over the Westerville Municipal Building. These three Flags are flown only on 9/11. The Westerville Fire/Police Chaplains Corps, Communications, Fire Division and Police Division would like to thank all who participated in today’s service.
