DJ Torch is a burgeoning DJ and producer hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area and is based in one of the biggest cities in music, Las Vegas.
DJ Torch started making his hits in the ‘80s after teaching himself how to play electronic music and R&B on the keyboard. From there, he remained passionate for music and pursued his career. From an early age, he was mixing tracks together using cassette tape decks, constantly inspired by his own imagination and extensive background in computer technology.
“I kept hearing different melodies in my mind over the years,” he said. “What inspired me to pursue my music career was my desire to express myself to others in a musical way, telling everyone, ‘Hey, this is who I am.’”
Today, DJ Torch produces a mix of modern EDM and classic R&B funk, though he’s sure to remain diverse and never stick to one specific genre. He still spins old-school R&B to this day, even though his music is more dance-heavy. DJ Torch stands out from the crowd with an unprecedented, high-energy style of his own, blending funky basslines with R&B. He draws creativity from multiple genres and musical influences, and his smooth and articulate yet quirky personality makes him a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
When he’s not making music, DJ Torch focuses his time on his passion for nature, sports, art, health and fitness.
DJ Torch is regularly topping charts with his music, consistently being ranked No. 1 on Reverberation Las Vegas for dance and EDM, as well as remaining in the top 10 for Las Vegas R&B.
In the future, DJ Torch plans to release his tracks to the public and hopes for his music to be heard around the globe. And with his fervor for success and unrivaled sound, he’s well on his way to achieving that goal.
