About the Artist

I, Del Neu, actually Dale Neumann, began my musical journey playing my mother's vintage "baby" acoustic guitar in grade school at the age of 6. After two years of basic guitar lessons, I met up with my first piano teacher, Bill Knight, who was teaching a course offered by the local city community center. I continued piano for another 7 years through private instruction with a new also excellent piano teacher affectionately known as Mrs. "K", but following that stretch of training, I decided to stop formal lessons "cold" to pursue my creative passion: to write my own brand of music based on whatever life experiences I was going through at the time, writing lyrics from the heart inspiring the music that followed and to pour it out first on my Baldwin piano, then later with complex recordings done within the home studio that I carefully put together. Built upon equipment bought from my evening parks and recreation job, the home studio was the "laboratory" for my creativity. While I studied electrical engineering during the daytime, I was giving most of the remainder of my precious free time pursuing "the dream". I combine my excellent engineering knowledge along with my natural musical talents to make home recordings that rival what many top professionals can create within commercial studios carrying the best of equipment available for artists willing to spend unlimited amounts of finance and resources for their projects. Amazingly with what I am sure is Gods help, I achieve music industry quality music recordings without requiring all the usual commercial tools. For me to accomplish this excellence, well, as I just said, it is the magic of what some would call "divine intervention" that surely could be present, and no doubt IS ! Here on the internet I have placed the essence of who I am,, along with the help of some of my musician friends including light-speed guitarist Clint Ettorre ( Some People, and other tracks ) and super-poetic lyricist Kristine Lamey ( Lightnin' ). Every day, I thrive to achieving the goals of my heart by having more of my thoughts and emotions transferred into beautifully recorded music which is here and on my personal self-programmed website at puredel.com, available to You the appreciative Listener ! dalepure.com My message to the world: 2015/10/23 04:15 Pacific Time, Friday Subj: We MUST be the ones ... *WE* need to Save Us. ---------------------------------- Thinking, and wrongly I might add, that the earth can always take care of itself regardless of how we manage its resources ... ... is likened to thinking that your body will never have any trouble if you keep putting in more food, drink, unnecessary drugs, and useless "wear and tear" toward it for which it cannot handle, excreet, or repair and recover from, with reasonable ease. WHEN they will both blow up may be without certainty. But WITH CERTAINTY, THEY WILL BOTH EXPLODE. Unless, in either case, the "bottom" line were somehow to improve to handle the extra "spending". And that, my friends, can only be kept up for so long until the earth loses its natural abundance, and the body loses its natural ability for youthful regeneration. Well, guess what today's news is ? The earth is getting "older" and so are we, and we have not been doing the responsible thing of maintaining the earth or our failing bodies. Right now we can expect "explosions" on all levels. That is unless the "bottom" line is improved. And the bottom line is, we are at the bottom just about now. -------------------------------------------------------- We are in deep shit. Miracles do not happen so easily from a God who we have assumed, yes, As the Greatest Force in Everything, but what can He do, when He already does the Best He can, which is what He always does, which is His Best: He created US. The human species. BECAUSE WE ARE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF HIM THAT HAS THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TO CHANGE THINGS AROUND HERE AND WE ARE PISSING IN THE WIND, WHILE THE CRAP IS RISING MOMENT BY MOMENT ... BECAUSE WE ARE .. . IMMATURE, UNEDUCATED, AND IN DENIAL: THAT WE ARE THE ONES ! AND ONLY US ! THAT ARE ... *RESPONSIBLE* FOR SAVING THIS PLANET AND OURSELVES. Hence, we have dug our own grave and filled it with our own dung. And regardless of how this happened, do you think that God intended this to happen ? or do you think that "man" intended this to happen ? do you think we have time to philosophize whose fault it is ? The bomb is ticking, folks, and we don't know if we have ... eternity to spare, an eon to spare, or the picosecond of a pion. We got one hell of an equation to solve here, and Einstien is no longer here to help. Simply put once again, we are in deep doggy doo doo. We got to get that army of pooper scoopers put to work like Mickey's brooms in Fantasia. Because this fantasy of paradise, that we are all comforted by, just may put us all so far out of our "comfort zone" That there is no way back, and the bread crumbs or croutons are no longer available because they have become ashes to ashes, and dust to dust. Support Your Local Creator, and do us all a favor, and turn this boat around because we are the ... "Crazy little ship of fools ..." -- Robert Plant "We must rise up, and save us from ourselves" -- Rush How 'bout we all come out from behind our myriad of closed doors, stop screwing around with the earth, our own people, and "Agent 99" and "Get Smart" ------------------ In case you did not learn this nursery rhyme in your nursery school. This one is ALL YOU REALLY EVER NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT HEALTHY LIVING. You learned simply NOT to do what "the old lady" did ... Like my old friend Jimmy would say: "Listen to it again for the First Time !
