“Nash, of Spring, said the inspiration for “I Remember You” came when she realized that four local retailers didn’t have anything planned on Veterans Day to honor veterans like her father, who served in Vietnam. ”

“Doug Horsman sent me a link to your wonderful song, I Remember You. I wanted to let you know it was beautiful and brought tears to my eyes. My late father, a WW II vet, would have loved it. Cheers, - Randy Vaincourt ”

“Dear Cynthia.. I almost sent this to spam. SO glad I opened it. I can't thank you enough for taking my email address off the guest book. This really came at a time when I needed something like this. My Dad just passed away 3 1/2 weeks ago, he was a WWII Vet, and like you felt for many years that there was nothing out there for our " Boy's ". The poem (song) is beautiful, wished I would of had something like that to play at his funeral. What a tribute, you are truely blessed with a gift. My husband will be heading for Afghanistan in 2011, will be his second tour of duty. I am so proud of all who serve and protect us. And for those we have lost, saddened, for the price that was paid. I love and respect them all. May God's blessings go with them and may He craddle them in the palm of his hands ever so gently. Thank-You again Cynthia, this has meant alot to me. You certainly have earned your wings and halo....♥ Marie ”

“Thank You very very much Cynthia, that's a very honourable gesture - Lest we forget - many of our mates never returned and I consider myself lucky to have made it back to my loved ones. However, they shall rest in peace, Gob Bless them for giving their ultimate sacrifice. We shall always remember them. Sincerely - Joseph V. Amato. (jamato@vol.net.mt) In Malta. ”

“I hear Dolly, Loretta, Reba and Emmy Lou, among others in your beautiful voice and I just know that you are going to be a big star in the near future. I am going to try to get in contact with Alan Jackson (he and Merle Haggard are two of my all time favourite male artists) and alert him to “this hidden gem” that resides in Texas . You would be a perfect match as a singing partner with Alan.”

““Praise the Lord!’ for such a song, for such selflessness and obedience to the task the Lord placed on your heart to compose a song of remembrance and appreciation for those who served. As the words "I Remember You" and music played, my memory returned to so many places from which my friends gave their last for this country, several of whom who are now lying in the eternal rest of the Lord's presence at Arlington before our Lord. Thank you for the song, and your answering the call to "duty" in composing and performing it. Believe me, it will touch many, many veterans and their families.” – Jim “Pappy” Mehrmann, CAPT USN (Ret)”

““I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed listening to this song. I nearly broke into tears recalling my time served, whether it was on a duty station or whether it was deployed into the deserts of Iraq. You created something that will touch so many people, active duty, reserves, veterans, and civilians alike.” – Bobby Lee, U. S. Marine Corps”
