About the Artist

Christine Irizarry writes lyrically driven music with revolutionary and sensual jazzy undertones. She draws inspiration from Sarah Bareilles and Norah Jones but seeks a more vulnerable gritty sensibility. She is a singer-songwriter at heart and always strives to maintain an organic component to each track that gives the listener a live performance feel even with a somewhat theatrical production. Christine seeks to make her audience feel something. She writes from the heart using pieces of her story and the stories of those around her to reach her listeners where they are. Truth and vulnerability are key for her. If her listeners feel less alone as the song fades out, she has done what she intended to do. For booking contact bookchristineirizarry@gmail.com.
