Chris Manning is a melodic rock guitarist, songwriter, and No Life ’Til Metal Records recording artist whose work blends classic hard rock influences, strong melodic hooks, and atmospheric cinematic textures. He has released three melodic rock albums on the label, featuring special guests including Bruce Kulick (KISS, Union), Jimmy Haslip (Yellowjackets, Tommy Bolin, Allan Holdsworth), Dug Pinnick, and blues guitarist Tommy Katona (Texas Flood). Manning has shared stages with Drowning Pool, George Lynch and Lynch Mob, Michael Schenker, Dokken, Stephen Pearcy of Ratt, and Dangerous Toys. He was featured in the December 2008 issue of Guitar Player magazine, further highlighting his work as an independent guitarist and songwriter. In addition to his solo work, Manning is a founding member of The Zeppelin Project, the longest-running Led Zeppelin tribute band in Texas.
