I started out professionally with a top 40 dance band in my early twenties covering blues, rock, country and pop, but I've been writing and singing since I was a kid. I earned a degree in music, where I focused on voice and viola, classical and art songs, and musical theatre. I spent a few years with an Irish Session band, another couple with a trio doing traditional music from around the world. About 20 years ago, I dedicated myself to focusing on my own material and that's still where I find the most satisfaction (and terror).
In 2015 I started grad school, which pretty much took over my life along with embarking on a new career since then! The songs here are rough cuts, some of which didn't quite get finished (yet), but I wanted to make them available anyway. Not sure when I'll have the bandwidth to polish every thing up (and record some of the rare, newer work from the last several years!). Even rough, these mean a lot to me and I hope you enjoy them.
