Brian P. Leemings

These tracks are what I do on my own time. I'm a very versatile player, having learned from my Father who played late 50's and 60's rock, and Steve Kaufman who was a three time national flat picking champion. Majorly influenced by Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai and Jason Becker. I was born in 1972, Grew up in the 80's and 90's, listened to a lot of Motown. Contrary to what anyone may say (because quite frankly, no one knows me) I am not solely a metal guitarist. My style is heavily rooted in those things I mentioned, plus a lot of blues and a little jazz influence in my lead playing. I don't drink a lot, typically I avoid liquor. I'm a two beers and I'm through type. I don't use drugs. Love thrash metal, but I can't play it well enough to be authentic with it. Devin Townsend Project, Caligula's Horse are some of my more recent deep dives, along with Haken and Opeth. I have very eclectic taste in music. I'm well rounded and have a music theory background.
