Bobby Cantrell started singing at a very early age with his family. They performed together until his teens. Bobby has written and recorded many songs in several genres of music. He’s spent years on the road with various bands playing the larger club/casino circuit all across the states and a few other countries. Bobby is happy to add the new “Hard Rock Hotel & Casino” in Catoosa, Ok, (as well as other Cherokee Casinos in the area) to the list of notable venues played!
He’s enjoyed much success also as a “one-man band”, playing keyboards & singing along with the help of pre-programmed music to give the full sound of a band. His Father, Bobby Lee of “Bobby Lee & The Black Jacks” & “The Capris” offered advice early on that has proven to be very valuable. He said, “In order to be successful, you must be able to do what no other musicians/singers are doing, or can do.”
As of July 2024, Bobby is celebrating 25 yrs tobacco, drug and alcohol free!!! Although the motivation has been self-preservation, one definite benefit is that Bobby is now, even more than before, the best, risk free investment for your entertainment dollar!
