Born April 13th, she is a New York native—born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens her mom was a dietician with the Ed and dad a chauffeur for the stars/ her 2nd home in florida. A proud Black/African American woman with roots tracing back to Trinidad, her heritage reflects a rich blend of cultures that shape both her identity and her sound. Her 1st and youngest performances was at church w Allen AME Chancellor choir and performing for the Masons and eastern stars in NYC at 9 yrs old a cotillion with her Aunt Vivian McSween at the legendary Audobon Ballroom in NYC in the 1970s !

After surviving a near-fatal truck accident and enduring seven surgeries, Belinda didn’t just recover—she rose. Stronger, sharper, and more determined than ever, she turned her second chance into a mission: inspire others to push past limits and never count themselves out—at any age.
Raised between Brooklyn and Queens, New York, her love for music was born in the church, singing with the Allen AME Chancellor Choir. Educated and accomplished, she holds a B.S. in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University and studied at NCCU and Molloy College. Her soulful, jazz-infused vocals have even caught the attention of music royalty like Ronn David McPhatter and Reverbnation online.
Life tested her in more ways than one—supporting her son through bipolar disorder and addiction, while caring for both parents until their passing. Instead of breaking, she transformed that pain into purpose, pouring healing, faith, and truth into her music. Grounded in belief and guided by Philippians 4:13, she moves with intention and grace.
Her catalog includes Agape Love/Sisterhood and Twin Flame, with standout recordings crafted at Phat Planet Studios in Orlando. Her defining moment came when her tribute to Aretha Franklin—“Dr. Feelgood”—turned heads and opened doors, leading to a collaboration with legendary Grammy award winning producer Narada Michael Walden in 2020.
