I was born in Santa Rosa, Ca, & raised in Forestville. I've been playing music for 34 years, performing since I was 15 years old, and playing drums in the high school jazz band. I've been teaching for 20+ years, I taught in Santa Rosa until I moved to Tucson 20 years ago, where I now teach at Beavers Band Box. I graduated M.I.T. Musician Institute of Technology in Hollywood, Ca. in 1987. It was a great learning and perfect playing drums. I've played guitar for 10 years and bass guitar for 15 years. Now I'm currently writing instructional books and DVDs. What I have written and recorded so far, is a great guitar lesson for beginners on open power chords called Guitar Groove Master. The Tab Professor Series is outstanding for the beginner guitar player, who wants to learn how to read guitar tabs and to perfect reading rhythm notation. The Personal Speed & Endurance Trainer Series is great for double bass players who want to improve their feet speed.
