I first picked up a guitar at 8 years old. It was my Mom's National Hawaiian Dobro( a family friend converted it from a lap instrument to a regular guitar). At 14 I was playing local lounges, bars and clubs. I played in rock bands throughout high school, but also had an interest in stage band and show pit orchestra. I went to Lebanon Valley College, played in rock bands and after auditioning, played in their jazz band all 4 years. Following college, I traveled the lounge show circuit playing six nights a week. In addition to being a solo artist, I fill in with various groups (on guitar and bass) and play guitar in two big bands (19 and 20 pieces).
