Q: how long did it take you guys to learn everything yo do? not the playing part of it, but the self producing and the video stuff?

A: It took a while. The software we started off with was pretty basic, stuff like Acoustic Labs. Now we have upgraded to Fostex HD MultiTrack recorders and mixers, and then use Cool Edit for stuff like compression, normalization, and EQ. As far as video work, again it's a couple of different programs, but Windows Movie Maker gets used alot. It's all been done by trial and error.
