“Bingo. That’s what you scream when you have 4 corners or 5 spots in a row. That’s also what you yell when you get two good musical acts in a row. Last week, I featured a great local band – the Cadillac Saints. This week, I hit pay-dirt again with Backwater Still. Backwater Still is a 4-piece band, configured with 3 acoustic guitars and a dude playing a Cajon. (Ca hone = a wooden box played as a drum) Couple some good guitar work, excellent vocals, and a wide song selection, Backwater Still could play in any club in town. The crowd loved them, and I did too. And, I’ll tell you one more thing; these guys had fun playing, too. Check em’ out at by clicking right here, or better yet, go see them live. They will be at Magoo’s in East Ridge this Friday for a free show at 8 p.m., by the way.”
