Nicole Zuraitis / Bio

Nicole Zuraitis is a vocalist, keyboardist and composer living and working in New York. She is a 2015 finalist in the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition at NJPAC, a 2015 finalist in the American Traditions National Vocal Competition and a 2014 Herb Albert Young Jazz Composers Award recipient. Nicole was also a 2013 finalist in the SongDoor International Songwriting Competition as well as a chosen competitor in the 2013 New York City Battle of the Boroughs. She holds a once a month residency at the legendary 55 bar in New York City, and has the pleasure of singing with Omar Hakim, Kung Fu, Bernard Purdie, Livingston Taylor, Tom Chapin, Melanie Safka, Rachel Z, Hagar Ben Ari, Don Braden, among others.

A broad mixture of jazz, pop, r&b and indie fusion, Nicole bridges the gap between genres with her unique sound and unparalleled vocals. She finished her sophomore album "Pariah Anthem", which is available on ITunes, Spotify, Amazon and CD Baby. Other discography include "Spread the Word" and a her world music group EVA "Take some Air".
