Archtop Brownie is back by popular demand. Although our usual horn player Mike Levin is not able to make this gig we have a wonderful substitute in the great Kevin Kizer on Tenor Sax and other horns. The food and drink are great and parking is no problem at all. This is a band that has a good time. Come on out. The time of day is perfect. You'll be home before 10:00
I will be opening as a single for Kurt Michaels Continuum featuring Alain Quinn and will be sitting in on a few songs during their set as well. Always best to make a reservation.
Lance Brown's Group "Archtop Brownie" is composed of Lance plus three virtuosos - Doug Lofstrom on String Bass, Mike Levin on Tenor, Soprano, Clarinet and Flute and Alpha Stewart on Drums and percussion. Influlences= Waits, Cohen, Newman, Allison and Keb Mo'.

“One patron said, "They are so very talented... I can't remember the last time I enjoyed myself so much." Another said, "Breathtaking and absolutely outstanding, well-crafted musicians, obviously at the top of their game." It was a great opportunity for family and friends to be exposed to such spine-tingling atmospheric music. Thanks for all the extras that made the performance truly extraordinary.”
