About the Artist

NRg of AgMode is an emcee hailing from San Antonio, Texas, deeply rooted in the foundational elements of hip-hop, while also exploring EDM instrumentals and concepts. His music embodies a phunky vibe, balanced with brooding 808s, creating a listening experience that's both fulfilling and leaves you wanting more, much like the perfect blend of dark chocolate with a hint of salt or spice. Growing up influenced by his father's musical group and the local breaking and rapping scene, NRg of AgMode honed his skills, eventually developing a unique sound that defies regional stereotypes. One of the best compliments he ever received was that he doesn't sound like he's from here, a testament to his distinctive style. NRg of AgMode's latest release, "Left&Right," was born out of a period of semi-homelessness, proving that creativity can flourish even in the toughest times. While he hasn't received any awards yet, his live shows are evolving into a blend of polished performances and freestyle jam sessions, aiming to create an engaging experience for both the artists and the audience. He has an long list of rap favorites for his lyrical complexity, and Chuck Chillout for his beat concepts, NRg of AgMode has also been likened to Royce Da 5'9" in recent collaborations. He has shared the stage with notable acts like Keith Sweat and Mint Condition in the past. Currently, NRg of AgMode is focused on creating passive income streams to overcome the challenges of re-engaging with life after a period of incarceration. While not currently associated with any charitable causes, he hopes to support Autism, Alzheimer's, and provide holistic information to those battling high blood pressure.
