Hi there! We made up the table of four, front and sax-side tonight, during your set at The New Way. Prior to, we were not familiar with the stylings of 1592, and stumbled into The New Way in an attempt to finish our night with live music. We wanted to take a moment to stop by and tell you what an awesome sound you've created, and what a perfect ending you provided to our evening. We left toward the middle of your set, (because we're lame) but couldn't stop talking about how great it was to see a band taking it back to the music we love and grew up with, on our way home. Your raw delivery was perfectly passionate, with just enough salt to showcase Detroit breeding. Can't wait to catch a future show! Cheers!

Q: You must get asked this all the time ---why 1592? I assume this is some significant date ---perhaps something about Halle Salassee? (I may have spelled that wrong)

A: Absolutely. There are many answers to this one as well. The year is the first time that any euorpean settlement was established on Jamaica. It is also the first time that Shakespeare is listed as an actor in England. There is one more answer as well. To get that, you need to come out to a show if possible. Thanks for the question. Have a great day. Cheers!
