Wendell started playing the harmonica at nine year's old, inspired by the likes of Steven Tyler & Stevie Wonder. Once he picked up the harmonica, he never put it down.    Wendell Ray's debut album, “The Crime.” is a fresh approach to a classic soulful, funky sound. With groove for days, Wendell approaches the stage with exuberant energy leaving no one in their seats.     This year Wendell has decided to give back as much as he can. He has partnered with "Bands That J.A.M. For Africa," an organization that feeds and educates over 750,000 kids in South Africa.
