Transistor Radio Group

Formed in early 2014, TRANSISTOR RADIO GROUP based out of Guelph ON, comprising of members Phil Landriault - Lead vocals and guitars, Tony Scolieri - Backing vocals and Lead Guitar, Mike Kubusch - Bass Guitar and Backing vocals and Jess Martin - Drums and Backing vocals. As veteran musicians, a 100 years of combined live and recording experience exists between the four. Not wanting to be the same as all other cover bands, the notion of playing popular songs with their own twist to them was not the only driving factor but the sense to be just a little bit different by also injecting less remembered hits. Songs preformed by TRG will guarantee to get you moving, singing and possibly humming that one song that gets stuck in your head for days. Production quality of TRG shows is taken very seriously. With full pro gear for clear sound, lighting and even smoke to set the mood. Utilizing modern technology, TRG can control sound levels to any amount desired and or needed by the venue so that the patrons can hear the band perfectly well but can still talk to each other easily. To date, TRG has performed at many RIB, Mac & Cheese and other local festivals, headlined shows at Young and Dundas Square Toronto ON, bars, pubs and private and corporate functions. And feedback from the audience, whether its song suggestions, questions about the band or you just want to say thanks for a great night, the support is always appreciated.
