Toni Esther

Toni Esther, an African American, unsigned artist from Florence, South Carolina, began her career at an early age singing in the church. Toni is a well-rounded artist that sings, raps, writes and produces her own music. Toni Esther alias is based from the biblical character Esther, who was a queen that sacrificed herself to free her people. She cites Jay-Z, Lauryn Hill, Queen Latifah, Tupac Shakur, MC Lyte, J. Cole, and Big KRIT as the biggest influences on her music. Toni’s philosophy is "Out of the Box," referring to her way of thinking and the meaning in her lyrics.
