Toma Dean

Toma Dean is a multi instrumentalist songwriter based out of Central New Jersey. Born somewhere amidst the repose of the Mojave Desert during the wondrous era of social rape and pillaging known as, the "Reagan Years", Toma grew up a proud and strong all American fellow, always singing, full of much hope and optimism for the future of Humanity and his Country. He, with his family at the tender age of 10, relocated to the fast paced, bustling cesspool of life known as, Trenton, New Jersey. By 11, he would have picked up his first guitar, he had found his outlet for the mounting prepubescent angst, anger and frustration he didn't know was imminent. Growing, never complacent and continually inching further down the proverbial "rabbit hole" seeking reason and explanation behind the seemingly unreasonable ways of the world, Toma would soon begin to learn the many truths behind the illusions of reality and what it means to be alive and "free"... Through years of moving, traveling and changing, he along the way taught himself how to play the drums well enough to satisfy his need to produce an effective avenue of self expression. As the Political climate continues to change for the worse and the Oligarichal vice tightens around us, we as a whole are faced with impending doom and a fate worse than anyone would want to believe. The vast majority remain blind to this truth thanks to well oiled distraction machines, coupled with cognitive dissonance, Toma remains unsettled and has a raging desire to inform at all costs. Well thought out words and honest music is the only way he knows how. A revolution is coming, Toma Dean is the war drum...
