DANNY ROBERTS

Hey, welcome to my world. My influences come from my roots mainly. I was raised on a dirt farm in the country and spent the other half of my life on the river which was only about two miles from our place down a dirt road. There used to be a suspension bridge there in the old days--- I love writing songs.. And many of my songs reflect something out of my past....Country music is my passion..and rock and blues are my ear candy. Before television came along my family spent a lot of time playing music. And it was pure hillbilly country. I went through some rebellious times during the 70's and 80's...and turned away from my roots. But as time passed and I started writing songs...I realized how valuable some of those memories were.
