Ronnie Jones The Musical Continuum

These works are part of an ongoing demo exposé called The Musical Continuum... a culmination of 50 years of ongoing musical material development. All instruments, vocals and arrangements are performed by the artist. Ronnie Jones was twelve years old when he began playing guitar after finding an old discarded acoustic guitar under his dad's old belongings saved after his return from WWII. His professional career began at the age of fifteen when he joined a band that eventually became The Lavender Hill Mob. https://www.facebook.com/LavenderHillMob He was the band’s lead guitarist and second lead vocalist. The Lavender Hill Mob was a Montreal band that recorded two albums under United Artists Record Label, performed at the Canadian Juno Awards, a CBC telecast event in 1977 and was the opening act for the Canadian portion of Electric Light Orchestra's (ELO) North American tour. Ronnie’s musical influences include artists such as Ray Charles, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, The Beatles, Otis Redding, Elton John and former band mate Hector Joe Jacob. The Musical Continuum is based upon Ronnie's belief in the timelessness of music..."There are only two things that never had a beginning and will never have an end.... life and music as both originate with our timeless Creator." The Continuum is an ongoing musical demo... nothing date stamped by corporate contracts. It is a dynamic body of work that can be altered according to the will of the artist.
