Ras Dawa

Ras Dawa was born on 14.06.1982, in Bucharest, Romania, from a hebrew mother and a romanian father. His real name is David Christian Michael, and he describes his music as follows, music is love and love is life. A career started in 1998, as a live act, later on recording his first songs in 2006 in a professional studio. Music was his natural inborn talent so music production and sound engineering were the next steps to be achieved. In 2010 he joined Lennox Buppy Brown as a member of Brown2Music Records, releasing his first album named I&I&I in 2015, a roots and culture collection of songs that includes collaborations with Lennox Buppy Brown, Paco, and Vibronics meant to promote the cultural doctrine of Rastafari across the world. Known as a faithful rastafari militant he added his contribution to the movements and founded the first Rastafari Association For Europe, representing the rights of african people and demanding reparations and repatriation from all the colonial countries of the world, a vital concept for all the Mansions Of Rastafari. In 2016 he decided to create his own records label named Liberation Sound Records. More musical news will soon be available on his second album called Lion Of Judah
