Join us for a relaxing, fun-filled night of local live music to celebrate children and families in the community who need our help.
The Pit’s 8th Annual 'Cuegrass Festival returns to the warehouse district of downtown Raleigh Saturday, April 16, with a jam-packed day full of great 'cue, local brews and toe-tappin' bluegrass music! We're closing down the streets around The Pit and firing up the pig cookers to serve plenty of our famous Eastern North Carolina-style barbecue and a selection of locally made beers. And on the stage we'll have some of our favorite bands. It's all for a good cause. We're giving proceeds to SAFEchild and to the Junior League of Raleigh's BackPack Buddies program, which helps provide more than 100 children at Lacy and Hunter Elementary Schools with healthy weekend meals and snacks during the school year. Tickets are $5 at the entrance. We're kid friendly, dog-friendly and lawn-chair friendly. For more information, please visit Cuegrass.com
