Mila Polevia

Incorporating the classic, backyard kanikapila feel of Hawaii's Renaissance Music era, Mila's performances range from songs that used to fill the air around the beach luaus and Paniolo campfires, to recently written songs celebrating the beauty of Hawai'i Island. Mila’s musical roots come from many genres- folk, bluegrass, classical, opera, and country, but he never truly left his first love: R&B. He is well known across the US and internationally performing in places such as Japan, Russia, and São Paulo, Brazil, to name a few. Mila was raised on the windward side of O'ahu and now makes his home in Kapa'au, Kohala on Hawaii Island.
