BIO: Microphone Romeo Markese The Microphone Romeo is a Neo-Soul artist hailing from Toledo Ohio. After being honorably discharged from the US Navy he decided to pursue his dream of making music. He has been writing and singing for over 15 yrs. with several groups from his hometown. The first was Streetwise, an R&B/Hip Hop group in the 90s made up of family and friends Leon "Mr. Kash" Jones and Anttwon" Mr. Do Right"Cheeves, and The Family Tiez Movement which was created by his brother LaRon "Ronamo" Tucker and himself in Atlanta Georgia, which grew to include his cousin Infamous Emiliano and his close friend The Voice Of The South Impachent. He got his well-deserved push when he joined Glass City Talent Management, an independent record label from his hometown. This venture opened up opportunities to work with a cornucopia of talent across a wide spectrum of genres. Microphone Romeo has performed in a variety of places throughout the US and across the globe, from Canada, Dubai, Chicago, St Louis, and Greece to name a few. He is finishing up his much-anticipated debut album entitled The Many Faces Of Mic Rome, the two-disc entry is set to be released on April 06 2023 following the success of his 2015 hit single Love Story. The Many Faces Of Mic Rome features a variety of artists' known and unknown touching sounds from r&b to rock, collaborating for the love of music.
