Maynard left Nashville for art school in New York City when he was 19 in 1981. After 35 years, he's returned to Nashville with occasional visit from NYC bandmates, as well as new players from the vast pantheon of Nashville cats... You can find Maynard and the Musties playing venues such as The Country, by Centennial Park, The Radio Cafe up on Gallatin Road... Still "new in hometown" but they''ll be around!
