Maxwell AU

Maxwell AU is a creative singer-songwriter, recording artist and worshipper. He stands amongst the new breeds of worship giants that God has raised in this generation. He has been graced with the ability to blend contemporary praise and worship into African music yet carrying the full meaning and purpose of it. He has been leading his audience into the seasoned presence of God in worship through the help of the Holy Spirit. Maxwell desires always to leave his audience with great satisfaction both spiritually and emotionally. Furthermore, he has a clear vision to influence lives and also bring back home to the Heavenly father billions of souls. He desires the church and un-churched to experience love, restoration, hope and joy through God’s word of wisdom and worship. He was born into the family of Bishop John and Peace Aruakpor and was brought up with great discipline and the fear of God. He grew up in Warri, Delta State Nigeria. He relocated to Malaysia in 2009 to continue his education in computer science and later moved to Canada in 2011 where he currently resides. Maxwell has been serving in the house of God since he was eight years old. He started off as a drummer and after a while fell in love with the keyboard. He has since been improving and re-inventing himself. Maxwell has served in different Parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria, Malaysia and Canada. He is presently serving in RCCG Throne of Grace Windsor, Ontario Canada, where he is a worship praise minister. Maxwell AU is also the founder of the Victorious Worshippers group. He and his younger brother released a single called “JESU WE O’ VIE” in October 2010. He also released his latest single on December 3rd, 2013; titled “I WILL SING” this song has gained public recognition in Virginia Radio stations. Maxwell AU has been influenced by great men of God in the ministry like Donnie McClurkin, Sonnie Badu, Chris Tomlin, Don Meon, Uche Agu and Sammie Okposo. He has also been privileged to share the same platform with some gospel international singers like Donnie McClurkin, Wale Adenuga and Uche Agu.
