The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over and getting the same results. If you are sitting around wondering why you haven't met Mr. Right yet, ask yourself, what do you keep doing? Maybe that's the problem: you don't know what to do. You have an idea of what you want, you go out, your calendar is full, but finding the right guy keeps escaping you. Or maybe in your heart of hearts you know you want a fulfilling, loving relationship but the thought of getting back out there and actually going out makes you sick to your stomach. After all, who wants to start over? It might even seem easier to just go it alone. But do you really want to be alone? A loving family and great friends are one thing; having a loving supportive, sexy man is another. If you are at home wondering how you can still be single when you are so successful in every other aspect of your life then it's time to really get clear about what you want, revisit what has worked in the past and re-evaluate what you want now. Take a moment to think about what your life would be like if you had the right partner. Imagine vacationing together, coming home to someone who asks you about your day, or just snuggling up on the couch. Don't deny yourself the relationship you want. Start by reviewing your dating history. Look back on your relationships and ask yourself: what were the things you loved about each person? Why didn't it work? Usually there are things you loved about one man and different things you loved about another. If you were going to take the best from each one, what would they be and what would the new man with all of these qualities be like? Write down all of the traits and characteristics you like. When you think about the things that didn't work, write them down in the opposite way as if they did. For example, if you hated that he was always late, you would write this trait down as, "He is always on time". Spend some time getting really clear about what you want. After you revisit the boyfriends past in your mind and you have a clear picture of what you want this time, it's time to re-evaluate what you have been doing to put yourself in a position to meet Mr. Right. Do you go to the same lunch place every day? Is your routine so predictable that you see the same people at the gym or in line getting coffee? It's time to mix it up. Go some place new, change the time you workout, take a new class that you have always wanted to go to. What you do is not that important. Doing the activity is what counts, so do something! A great way to get help with revisiting and re-evaluating is to ask a friend. Typically friends know you best. In this case they have probably seen you in good times and bad, and they sometimes even know your routine better than you do. Find out from them what they see you doing when you are happy. You can also ask people you know who are in good relationships where they met and how they've kept their passion for each other flowing. If you have a single girlfriend, ask her to become an accountability partner and commit to going to new places and events and finding new organizations to join. How to Get The Love Back in a Relationship Sometimes the relationship slips into the routine and the bored daily habits which causes many partners to look for a way on how to get the love back in a relationship, at times the love between couples fades away leaving his place for boredom. The flirting between couples gets much less every day and couples find themselves spending much of their time arguing over painful problem than enjoying their partnership. Some of those people withhold discussion with their partner as they feel that there's nothing worth talking about or they simply find themselves falling into a consuming pattern that keeps them busy and lower their partner's importance on their priority list. The truth is that this relationship pattern is not a final destiny and you can change it when you know how to get the love back in a relationship, it is not a difficult task but it requires to believe in your ability as a person to create your our happiness and that truly believe that everything comes in your life you are attracting in your life. Here are some of the suggestions you can try to bring the love back in your relationship. Appreciation is an important attitude to take into account, never forget that you have fallen in love with your partner because you admired many things in him, sadly as the days go by we often forget what we like in our partner, and we begin to focus on their deficiencies which in return will cause them to feel irritate and uncomfortable in the relationship, and eventually will lead them to build the resentment within themselves and of course you'll harvest what you seed. Awareness is another good approach that will boost the relationship intimacy; all you have to do is to consider living each day as it was the last day to be with your partner, this does not mean to come across as a sad person, on the contrary this will push you to take advantage of every single moment to adore your partner, think of things you wish to say or do. Another good point to consider to really knowing how to get the love back in a relationship is communication. Oftentimes we assume that our partner can read our mind and it is not necessary to explain everything to him, because he gets used to us so he will understand for himself, this is a huge mistake because sometimes the cluelessness of the other partner may drive you crazy. It is usually important to state your thoughts clearly to your partner so you leave no ambiguity on what you want to say, acting in that why will save you many headaches.
