Victor Jones aka "King Pap" 31, is a Denton Texas native. Raised in Los Angeles, California Pap developed his style of west coast energy and southern soul emerged with the beginning of his rap career in 1998 leading to the release of "Proj-Da Remix" in 2000. The current CEO of SAG.
