Jump the Focus

The band that would become Jump The Focus started in 2013 in the suburbs of Detroit. After a period of two-man jamming, the as-yet-nameless group recruited bassist Dave, who also played with Steve in several current and former bands (PBM, The Domino Rally, Extra Large). The band took on a lead guitarist and started working toward performing and recording original songs. As time went on, the band acquired a new lead guitarist in Robin, a very talented musician from the Detroit are who has played with groups such as the Whoremones. After parting ways with Robin, the band graciously acquired lead guitarist Jim, who also fills in for local talent with the likes of Northville Folk. JTF is currently writing new music and working on their first full-length album.
