Jeremy Birdsall

With a passion for putting on an energetic, engaging performance, Jeremy Birdsall is a professional multi-instrumentalist known for his electric stage presence and ability to play multiple instruments at the same time. Based in Orlando, Florida, Jeremy performs and records regularly on bass, piano, guitar, percussion, cello, mandolin, ukulele, dulcimer banjo, sitar, Chapman Stick, and vocals.. Additionally, Jeremy is the Orchestra Director and bassist for CrossLife Church, and he teaches music at the world-class Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, as well as provides private lessons in his studio. As President of Kavode, Inc. since 2000, he has extensive expertise in audio post production and music production. Throughout his performance career, Jeremy has played venues and festivals with attendances of 10,000-100,000 including Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, Hard Rock Orlando, and SunFest, and he has opened for national acts including Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Huey Lewis & The News, Toots & The Maytals, and The Constellations. The opportunity to play and tour with 5-time Grammy award-winner, Sandi Patty, has been a major career highlight. Each week Jeremy performs for 5,000-member CrossLife Church with services broadcast to a TV viewership of 15,000. He was cast as a street musician in a national commercial and is a recipient of the "Musician of the Year" award from Songwriters Showcase of America. As an audio engineer, sound designer and composer, Jeremy has two TV shows currently in distribution with BrightHouse Networks and Cox Communications. His passion for arts in the community led Jeremy to found the instrumental music festival, Shut Up & Play, as well as the Orlando Jazz Community Facebook group. He has also served as a board member for the Central Florida Jazz Society, a Circle Member for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and is an annual judge for the NAACP's National ACT-SO Competition.
