Hypostatic Union

HypoStatic Union's albums My Victory, Remnant Of God, People Of Mine, Grace For Me, I Surrender, Don't Play, HSU 2026, and Single's, Show Me The Way, HypoDub, and Roads are Streaming Exclusively On Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. HypoStatic Union was founded by Bay and Rhodes, and has had up to 5 members at various times throughout the bands existence. From 2001 through 2013, the band produced three secular records addressing topics that Christians would categorize as worldly music. They toured extensively throughout Texas, from Dallas to San Antonio, and achieved considerable success. In 2002, HypoStatic Union was offered a record deal, but this would have necessitated transforming the group's intimate shows into a commercialized and impersonal machine. They opted not to sign the contract and continued performing for another year, promoting and booking clubs independently. Two of HypoStatic Union's albums, released in 2013 through 2015, reached number one on the Texas music charts and twentieth on the national music charts. The group handled all aspects of the band's operations, from booking clubs to designing merchandise, and their music became their sole profession. Eventually, the band became disillusioned with the message they were conveying through their music, feeling it was vacuous. They never aspired to fame, instead preferring to perform in an intimate, independent capacity. Although they performed at numerous venues and initially found it exhilarating, the group eventually felt a sense of purposelessness and stopped playing music. In 2015, Rhodes and Bay dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ and altered the music they made to glorify Christ and edify God in a manner that resonated with people's hearts. HypoStatic Union eventually resumed working on new music in 2025 and found it to be a fulfilling experience with a sense of purpose. The band's current focus is on praising and worshiping God, and it is a truly gratifying experience to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Although the group cannot alter their past or the albums they created, they now live for Jesus and disseminate his gospel through their music. All glory goes to Jesus Christ, who did not abandon them but instead drew the group closer to him. As they put it, all glory be to Father Yahweh and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our God will always reign.
