Erick Kristal Erick Kristal is a guitarist, songwriter and producer from Benin republic living in Italy born in march 08th, 1976 ar Covè in Benin Republic. He did his primary and secondary education in Porto Novo, Benin capital, where he pass the large part of his youth. Around the 1990s, he had a penchant for music in General and finally he hear the calling from reggae, ska and World Music. It is one of the founding members of the Group Jungle fever in Italy, a group recognized in reggae matter in the region of Emilia Romagna, and a little in the rest of the Italy (2004-today), and is currently pursuing a solo career profile. Guitar finger playing all finesse earned him often to be ranked as one of the greatest guitarist reggae and world music of the place. Beginning; Erick Kristal gets his first guitar with the church he attended as a teenager he spent in Porto Novo. Listening artists such as Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, he hand in groups formed with fellow class and the same neighborhood or city almost. In 1997, he graduated with a degree in management in computer programming and occupies teaching positions in well known Porto Novo institutes. He got the opportunity to immigrate to Europe in the early 2000s, to pursue a musical career. Then he plays with different band of Modena, Bologna, Aversa (south Italy), Rome and was part of the group called Mandingo style with Ivorian singer, subsequently, was part an integral with Jungle Fever. He participated in many competitions and modern, reggae music festival...He took his first prize in Italy 5 August 2005 best singer, best style of music. But it was for him always to small prize and in 2009 he participated in one of the largest music program Italy with Jerry Scotty, and other many festival like winner .... Finally came out the first album They are Trying again. (to destroy this Word…just before the big Crisis of all the time from 2009) The strength for the release of the first album "They are trying again" come from Jah almighty!. This album touch the heart of all the immigrants community and Italian reggae man all over in Italy, he participate for many featuring…his carrer continues up today Jah Bless!!God for all!!!
