Español debajo) ------------------------------- Ekis was a band formed in Montevideo, Uruguay around 1990-91 by Nelson Díaz (keyboards), Pablo Ferre (vocals) and Eduardo Gómez (keyboards). The life of the band was quite short (5 months top), and they performed live only twice. The songs included in this page are actually live recordings of some rehersals that were made on cassette tapes. They were equalized prior their conversion to MP3. Eduardo Gómez currently goes by the artistic name eWAR, and has released a new album (http://www.reverbnation.com/ewar). ********************************************** BIO (Español) --------------- Ekis fué una banda formada en Montevideo, Uruguay alrededor de 1990-91 por Nelson Díaz (teclados), Pablo Ferre (vocales) and Eduardo Gómez (teclados). La banda duró muy poco (5 meses quizás), y tocaron en vivo sólo dos veces. Las canciones incluídas en esta página son en realidad ensayos grabados en vivo en cinta cassette. Fueron ecualizados un poco antes de ser convertidos a MP3. Eduardo Gómez actualmente graba con el seudónimo de eWAR, and tiene un nuevo album (http://www.reverbnation.com/ewar).
