Diane Gareau
From the prairie province of Alberta Canada, Diane's fans describe her as the next female version of the beloved children's entertainer, Raffi. She stands out with her cheerful, catchy, educational lyrics, as well as her clear vocals. This year was one of great honor and accomplishment when her song "Socks and Shoes" from her “Socks and Shoes and Bingadoos” EP was picked up as one of the sound tracks for a Canadian made movie. 2017 will be a great year for Diane as she will be returning to the studio to record songs that she is currently creating. Such songs as the first days of school and how scary it may seem, but how there will always be someone there to help you. Or how it's okay to cry if you hurt yourself or you're sad. And just how surprised you might be to find how good your veggies are when you try them. Diane sets the bar for independent artists, the kind that is often dependent on touring as a primary means of gaining new fans. But being a full time mother and Grandmother, Diane achieves all of her success having never toured. She hopes to continue her path as a recording artist and songwriter creating energetic, positive, upbeat music for everyone to enjoy.
