David Atrell Bowman or “Dave B . (Dave B space dot punctuation necessary)” Emcee/Artist/Songwriter from Renton, Washington . Dave B . is a solo hip hop artist who writes all of his own songs, and from time to time will produce a beat himself. Dave has been performing on stages since the 5th grade when he was involved in musical theatre . Dave B . also dances, acts, and is a self taught piano player . Dave B .’s musical range isn’t solely limited to rap or hip hop music, by visiting his youtube channel you would see that he draws inspiration from all different varieties of music from self taught piano covers to his original songs. Dave B . draws inspiration for his music from real life experiences and stories, making him even better as an entertainer. Dave B . aspires to being more than just a hip hop artist or rapper, he wants to be an entertainer, a performer. “Anyone can rap or sing or even play the piano, but not everyone can perform and put on a show” says Dave who is an advocate for live music. “One day I’ll have a live band made up of all female musicians…” . It’s clear that Dave B . is not your average Emcee, with average content or stories and he proved this when he released a diss record directed at himself titled "Bowmans Revenge" released 1/27/2011 .
