Dr. Cabrera

Dr. Cabrera is the creative identity of Tenerife-born, London-based artist and producer Sergio Cabrera.

Rooted in electronic music and the underground rave culture of the early 1990s, his work draws on decades of music production, DJ culture and audio engineering while continuing to explore new approaches to sound.

Moving between electronic production, modular synthesis, sampling, improvisation and live performance, Dr. Cabrera is deliberately not defined by a single genre. Curiosity and experimentation sit at the centre of the project, bringing its musical roots into new territory.

His wider recording, production and audio work operates through On The Hill Recordings.
