Baywood Jones

Matthias Clark, front man for King Holiday, formed Baywood Jones with fellow Baywood locals Wayne Walcoff and Luis Monge, as a jam band to explore and stretch out on guitar with great organ and drums. The Wine Seller in Morro bay graciously let the band play every week and tunes were developed in the room with a great local audience. The Debut CD, all trio, was recorded at Matthias' Los Osos studio Spring 2016. Baywood Jones reached the #1 position on the local Soul Jazz charts and has stayed there since. Local legend Matt Reeder, Bassist for Cuesta Ridge, came on board on bass and kicked the jam trio into a stronger groove oriented sound that leave folks grinning from ear to ear! And now you can really dance to this band!
