The overall mood, or concept centers around soundscapes, with experimentation that stir up strong emotions. It is ambient, ethereal, dissonant, conjunct, and droning. Catchy, poignant, and mysterious arrangements keeping vocals, binaural beats, coupling, and morphed instruments hidden away from first listen. Gravitates, more, or less towards the warmer, and calmer side of rhythms, electronic, and analog frequencies, but with shadow plays. There is little, or no over dubbing after post production. Just pure freedom of arranging, performing. and, or vamping. Taking that understanding further, this has been my philosophy, and way of life. Manipulating frequencies, and Phonon's in new ways. Like, physicist experimenting with the aberrations of sonic vibrations. My goal is to share my passion reflect them back to the listener. Hopefully, giving new energy, feel, and direction towards the next level direction of music. "The Arrival" is a concept album using visual and propitiatory 3-D auditory holographic immersion techniques. Otherwise known in this album as H.A.P. ®™ Technology. This technology, and technique interleaves binaural, cymatics, and Real-Time 3-D audio imaging having both velocity and direction. In other words this is the direction of music and audio in the possible near future. Best heard with 5.1 surround and headphones. "The Arrival", songs are mixed in with seen or unseen worldly and universal frequencies. You may not hear it but you will definitely feel it, or notice something is different than from the last song or album you heard. The "Nibiru", album brought forth the idea for both "The Coming", Single, and "The Arrival", HD. Enjoi! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Album: Nibiru Between a Planet and a Hard Place All songs are impromptu with with minimal forethought. Most songs are dark with core rhythms, based around detuned guitars, bass, electric drums, synth, mic, etc., with other musical loops or aberrations thrown in spontaneously. I would venture to say the over all mood is much like a very heavy mantra. This is a solo work while playing and or looping live. This is done through "on the fly" sampling through whatever device or instruments needed for the basic construct of that song. What do I sound like? The mood behind the music is ethereal, dissonant, conjunct, droning, experimental, gravitating, more or less, towards the darker core side of rock or metal music. I guess I could be summed up as shoegaze or dreamgaze. Depending on the mood, what you hear now, will vary the next time around. There is little or no over dubbing after post production, just pure freedom of arranging, performing and or looping. Let me warn you ahead of time. You will need to set aside time to listen to the songs as they are lengthy by nature, as I intended them to be. My music is exploratory, so mood, setting and location is key. Unfortunately due to length of the songs, the playback bit rates will be FM quality.
