Futuristic Realness
Hmm where to start. I am Richard aka Futuristic Realness. I produce and write my own lyrics. Music is my true love in life. In fact my dad is a drummer, so I grew up in a house of music. As for who I am, here's some more about me as a person and the challenges of life I have endured. I was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. I'm a eagle scout, so the outdoors has always been in my life. I LOVE music with more than a passion. It's my soul. It's what drives me and it's also what god intended for me to spread upon humanity. A little bio about me. I've been though hell and back to tell you the truth. When I was 19 on Halloween day I got into a car accident that killed the passenger of the other car. The woman driving ran a flashing red light and I t-boned her. A few years later me and my best friend went on a journey across America. You could say it was my Roadtrip. We left Statesville, North Carolina and drove to Kalispell, Montana. Which I must say was amazing and unforgettable. My best friend on the other hand had told me that we had a place to stay until we can get on our feet. So, we got there and NOPE. I was homeless and so was he. I spent the night quite a few nights at a wal mart parking lot in my car. It was snowing also I must add. So, I ended up getting help from my brother who was in the Navy at the time to let me come to his place in California. Where I made my first three songs, "Calling," "Cheerful," and "Without Music Life Wouldn't Be Possible." As for my best friend, he ended up staying in Montana with friends and a few years later passed away from an accidental gun shot to the head. Or that's what the detective told me on the phone. I can tell yall this. I have NEVER had a breakdown or feeling that nothing will EVER be ok again. Until that day. I still til this day have never found a friend like him. He was my number one. He passed away in August of that year and coincidentally on October 29th of that year, I rolled my truck about four times in the snow in western New York by Buffalo. I lost control on a country road. No ticket or anything. The trooper actually thought I died cause it was so bad. I'm ok though. Just scared to drive in October now. Haha. In 2015 I lost two daughters to premature labor. It's still shocking and hard to deal with, but music is my crutch to life. I'm incredibly optimistic about the future and where my music will be. My life has been music and it always will be. In fact I started my music journey playing guitar as far back as I can remember. I've made up a lot of original music on guitar, but have never done anything with any of it. Well if you like my music let me know and thank you for reading about me and listening to my music. God Bless And Peace and Love.
