Since its inception, Unit F has been walking the fine line between socio-political consciousness and chaos with their own conflation of hardcore, punk and straight forward rock 'n roll. Through their raw, yet refined sound, they show an elevated awareness and acknowledge the need for change that is missing in a lot of modern music. They recorded the Same Ol' Story EP with long-time friend Jim Monroe (MxPx, The Offspring, Papa Roach) in the producers seat, and it is available now.

Interference from the Anaheim PD notwithstanding, the show last night was fun. I can't say that I've heard of a pit happening outside of the venue we're playing. Plus we're excited to play with Benzen
